Position Overview:
As an Instructional Designer at Cozyartz, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and effective learning experiences for our diverse clientele. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, multimedia developers, and other team members to design, develop, and implement instructional materials that meet the unique needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze client needs and learner profiles to design customized instructional materials.
- Develop course outlines, learning objectives, assessments, and interactive content.
- Collaborate with multimedia developers to create engaging visuals, videos, and interactive elements.
- Utilize various instructional design methodologies and tools to create effective learning solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials and make necessary revisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in instructional design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in instructional design or related fields.
- Proficiency in instructional design tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe CC, etc.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
